Storm

Hey There-
As some of you may know, I am Jayd Stone. I have published stories to various websites such as
http://www.FanFiction.net and http://www.Quizilla.com and am in the process of publishing my 2 completed novels world wide.

Storm is a short story that I have written. This was based on a real incident as well. It centers around the main character, Jaed, and her battle for survival in the midst of one of the worst storms ever experienced in California. This story is filled with action, adventure, struggle, and a race against Earth's natural wonders. Will Jaed and her friends survive? Will the storm prove to be too difficult to handle? Is this the end of the world?

Exerpt from book: "Jaed grimaced as she threw open the door. The ground was being battered by merciless rain and wind. Jaed grabbed a hold of a basketball pole. Manbir did too. That was when Jaed saw it. Two enormous funnel clouds were slowly growing larger. Suddenly one tickled the Earth. The wind picked up as it swirled around Jaed..."

Kia and Jayd

Howdy-
As some of you may know, I am Jayd Stone. I have published stories to various websites such as http://www.fanfiction.net/ and http://www.quizilla.com/ and am in the process of publishing my 2 completed novels world wide.

My friend and fellow author Kia Foxx is such a brilliant woman. I love her work. Recently we teamed up to write what we have named temporarily, Kia and Jayd. Alas, such a beautiful story is in line to be published as well. Anyways, Kia and Jayd is about a young girl, Kia Jay, who has lost a friend very dear to her heart. She now has to deal with depression and hurt as she tries to forget about her friend who is now lost to her. This proves to be hard in an environment where everyone is grieving such a loss. Again this is not for the faint of heart. It is very sad.

A little insight to the background of this story: It is based on an incident that happened to My friend and I. We too have lost a very dear friend. Through our depression time we consulted what we know best, writing stories. It actually started with me emailing her a quote that i felt from my heart. Well, the next day she emailed me back with another quote added onto it. After a month or two the quotes had been formed into a depressing story. Writing Kia And Jayd was good therapy for Kia and I. For now, we are over such a terrible loss and from the ashes of our pain came the spark of a fantastic story.

Exerpt from book: "Another tear slithered past her lips as she remembered his amber eyes. They held so much depth and beauty. They said so much; they portrayed his entire life, her entire world. Now they were gone...useless. Never again would he joke with her. Never again would he tell her to iron her shirt or that she was short...He would never again make her laugh, or cry; only his memories could do that now. He would never cause her to fall or help her back to her feet with a steady hand. She had taken it all for granted until the cold day when suddenly everything was different."

Jasmine and Miguel

Goodmorning-
As some of you may know, I am Jayd Stone. I have published stories to various websites such as http://www.FanFiction.net and http://www.Quizilla.com and am in the process of publishing my 2 completed novels world wide.

Jasmine and Miguel is only my 3rd book published, therefore i believe it to be amateur compared to my other books. Jasmine and Miguel is a lot like my other book Zaija and Esmyruh. It's another tragic love story centered around the subject of forbidden love. It is not as detailed as Zaija and Esmyruh, but I feel it still has a powerful moral behind it. The body of this book mostly consists of letters between Princess Jasmine and Warrior Miguel but the ending is in basic story form. I must warn you that this is really sad. I have actually acomplished making a story so sad that it has actually made me cry. This book (and Zaija and Esmyruh) is not for the faint of heart.

Exerpt from the book: "Lightning rent the air as Miguel stood up. The clouds moved away from the full moon, no longer concealing its beauty. The moon cast a silvery sheen on Jasmine, turning her black hair to silver. She had a terrible beauty about her; a beauty far unmatched by which Miguel has ever seen. She looked like a ghost, yet she was as gorgeous as a goddesses. It was an intriguing beauty. Though Miguel wanted to look away, he was locked in a trance in which he felt he’d be deprived of existence if he tore his eyes away. The clouds concealed the moon again casting Jasmine and Miguel into darkness once more."

Zaija and Esmyruh

Hello-
As some of you may know, I am Jayd Stone. I have published stories to various websites such as http://www.FanFiction.net and http://www.Quizilla.com and am in the process of publishing my 2 completed novels world wide.

One of these books includes: Zaija and Esmyruh, a tragic tale of forbidden love. Yes, it is based a little bit on Romeo and Juliet...just in a more modern version. Esmyruh belongs to a royal family that is quickly falling apart. She is the princess of the Azantium Empire. Zaija is an orphan that works for Brazan's King. Brazan and Azantium are in the middle of a very heated war. Esmyruh and Zaija have no idea how this war will affect the rest of their lives...and how much it will affect their hearts.

Exerpt from book: “You will die tonight, by the power of my sword and the passion of my heart, you will fall under my hands. The earth will be quenched with your blood. I will rip your heart out and let the crows tear at it until there is nothing left! The jaguars will pick at your flesh and the seasons will devour your bones. I will wipe you from the face of this world, Poderoso. For the pain you have caused me is priced by your own tainted blood,” Zaija whispered in a deadly tone. Poderoso’s eyes flashed with fear as Zaija stood on his feet."
